Field Form is a web application providing a convenient, digital replication of existing paper forms that collect weather and crop conditions. This web application is a streamlined version of the old paper forms and presents a crisp way to distribute, store, and sort data. All that is needed to run the web application is a computational device with Internet Browsing capabilities to display and activate the app from, and an Internet connection in order to submit the completed form.
Field Form also provides an environment friendly way to record important data needed to monitor crop conditions during their growth. The data collected will help agricultural scientists, and insurance agencies monitor the various stages during the crop’s growth period more accurately.
Not all phenological stages are listed within the form. Some stages require an invasive observation of the crop, which the observer is not allowed to conduct, so some stages have been omitted from the stage selection. If the proper phenological stage of the crop you are observing isn't present, please use the comment field to appropriately document you observation.
The Field Form application gathers and stores data about the field and crop status for agricultural purposes only. No personal information will be recorded, and administrators will never ask you for your login password.
