Interns, trained surveyors, and volunteer groups will use the app at Wisconsin beaches. Because they are at a beach, they will likely not have access to the internet and so the app will allow them to record their data offline and sync and upload it once they return online. These users will walk around the beach while collecting the data and may be working during sunny days.
Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources employees and Wisconsin County Health Department employees will access collected data from their office. This will be done at a desk during normal work hours.
