Read the following materials (same as last week)
  • Read Sections 11.1, 11.2.3, 11.2.4, 11.2.5.
  • The radiosity slides Radiosity.pdf.
  • The photon-mapping slides Photon-Mapping.pdf is available.

Suggested term project (radiosity)
  • A simple radiosity system that supports a standard mesh input with gathering and shooting capability is a good start. Then, add progressive refinement and substructuring for better results.
