About the Project

This project focuses on highlighting the Green Stormwater Infrastructure(GSI) in and around the Southeast Michigan area. GSI refers to all the green spaces that can help mitigate the risk of flooding by harvesting the incoming storm water. The project is meant to provide valuable information to users showing GSI locations and will help school students identify and input the GSI locations.

HCI Research

Topic: Balancing Usability vs Security

This Research focuses on the analysis of trade-offs and opportunities in software design, where there is a need to implement robust security measures while not hampering the usability of the system. Whenever extra layers of protection are implemented in a system, the accessibility often gets hampered. Thus, there is a need to strike a healthy balance between Security and Usability.
